I got to First AD for Matt Duggan while he shot Man Vs. Dragon Parts 1 & 2. We had a super fun time, shooting kickass martial arts sequences with Frank Krueger and Xin (the Urban Ninja) and the EMC martial arts team. These guys are so incredible, flipping and kicking, trained in stunts and very well versed in action filmography. Coordinating their actions with Matt and DP Kyosti Kauppinnen was a terrific exercise in filmmaking and a great lesson on maximizing use of your talent for the creation of on-screen tension.
